Privacy policy

Your habits and Wins belong to you. Rhythms keeps your journal on your device; purchase services handle Pro access separately.

Effective October 16, 2026. Rhythms is an LTBL Apps product operated by FastSail Technologies LLC (“we”). This policy covers the Rhythms app and its support service.

Your journal stays on your device

Habit names, descriptions, schedules, daily amounts and notes, Wins, categories, and preferences are stored locally. Rhythms does not require a journal account and does not upload this content to our servers or RevenueCat. The current app does not provide journal cloud sync, advertising, or advertising tracking.

Pro purchases

Apple or Google processes your payment. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, restore access, and determine whether Pro features are available. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, purchase receipts or tokens, product and transaction details, subscription status, and technical information such as device platform, app version, and access times. We do not send it habit names, daily notes, Wins, or backup files. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

This processing supports the purchase service you request, purchase verification, and fraud prevention. RevenueCat and the store may retain transaction records as needed to provide their services and meet legal obligations. RevenueCat processes information in the United States and through its service providers. See RevenueCat’s privacy information, Apple’s privacy policy, and Google’s privacy policy.

Reminders and widgets

Reminders are scheduled locally after you grant notification permission. Habit names and descriptions may appear on your lock screen. Widgets can show habit progress and your latest Win outside the app. Choose notification previews and widget placement with that visibility in mind. You can disable reminders or remove widgets through your device settings.

Backups and sharing

Exported backups are readable JSON files, not password-encrypted archives. Anyone with the file can read its contents. You choose where to save or share them; the selected service’s terms and privacy policy apply. The app keeps local recovery copies before certain replacements and migrations. Device-level backups may also include app data, depending on your operating-system settings. We cannot recover a journal that is lost without a backup.

Support and this website

If you contact us, we receive the message, your email address, and any attachments you choose to send. Please send only what is needed to resolve your request. We use this information to respond and troubleshoot, and retain it only as needed for support, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Maison LTBL’s hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes ordinary connection information to deliver and secure these pages. These pages do not install advertising or analytics scripts.

Your choices and rights

You can export your collection from Settings and remove individual records in the app. Removing the app and its local data removes its active local storage; separately saved backups and device backups must be managed separately. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription or delete store transaction records.

For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests concerning information we or our purchase processor hold, contact [email protected]. Depending on your location, you may have rights to portability, restriction or objection, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Some transaction information may need to be retained where required by law. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children and changes

Rhythms is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support service, contact us. We may update this policy as the app changes; this page will show the new effective date and we will provide additional notice when required.
