Rhythms support
A little help finding your rhythm.

Restore Pro
Open the Pro screen and choose Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple or Google account used for the purchase. This restores access, not your locally stored journal. If access is still missing, tell us your platform, app version, and what the screen says. Do not email payment-card numbers or passwords.
Manage a subscription
Use Apple’s subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Protect your journal
In Rhythms Settings, export a backup and save it somewhere safe. Import previews the collection before replacing your current data and preserves a local recovery copy. Backup files contain readable journal content, so share them carefully.
Reminders
Check notification permissions and Focus or Do Not Disturb settings. Every-few-days reminders are scheduled ahead within your device’s notification limit; open Rhythms regularly to refresh upcoming reminders.
