Terms of use

Simple terms for a personal space to build habits and celebrate Wins.

Effective October 16, 2026. Rhythms is an LTBL Apps product operated by FastSail Technologies LLC (“we”). These terms describe use of the app and Rhythms Pro. The applicable store terms also govern your download and purchases.

Using Rhythms

You may use Rhythms for your personal habit tracking and journaling. You retain ownership of the content you enter. Do not use the app unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or attempt to bypass purchase controls. Rhythms is a personal organization tool; it does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or professional advice.

Free and Pro

The free app supports four active habits and unlimited Wins. Pro adds unlimited active habits, Home Screen Widgets, advanced statistics, up to three reminders per habit, and category organization. If Pro access ends, existing journal data remains available; Pro-only features and creation beyond the free limit require renewed access.

Plans and pricing

Local currency, taxes, and availability may vary. The store confirmation screen shows the actual charge and billing terms before you buy. The displayed annual “−50%” saving is rounded from the comparison with twelve monthly payments (US $23.88); it is not a former annual price or a first-year-only offer. No free trial is included in these listed plans.

Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Recurring subscriptions renew unless canceled through the store used to purchase. Cancel before the renewal date, allowing at least 24 hours where required by your store. Canceling generally leaves access available through the paid period. Uninstalling Rhythms does not cancel billing. Manage or cancel through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.

Payment and refund requests are handled through the purchasing store under its rules and applicable law. These terms do not limit any refund or consumer rights you have under law. Lifetime purchases do not renew. Future price changes, if any, will follow the store’s notice and consent rules.

Restoring access

Use Restore purchases with the store account used to buy Pro. Rhythms does not currently offer a separate account for transferring purchases between Apple and Google. Restoring Pro access does not restore journal content; journal backups are separate.

Your records and availability

Export backups regularly and keep them safe. Local app data may be lost if you remove the app, reset your device, or lose access to it. Reminder delivery depends on device permissions, system settings, and operating-system behavior; reminders should not be relied on for time-critical tasks. We aim to keep the app reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every device configuration will behave identically.

License and your rights

Our app software, branding, and design remain ours or our licensors’. Your license is personal and subject to applicable store rules. For the iOS app, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless the store listing provides a different agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy, updates, and support

Our privacy policy explains local journal storage and purchase processing. We may update these terms as the service changes, with notice where required. Questions about Rhythms or a purchase can be sent to [email protected].
